Iryna is a technical recruiter and the co-founder of Equally Talent. She started her recruitment career in Tech back in 2012 in Kyiv, Ukraine. Since then, she has founded two companies, moved to China and after to the United States, where she continues learning and working in talent acquisition.

After several years in agency and tech startups, Iryna and Valerie Lialina founded Equally Talent, a company focused on recruitment for startups in Silicon Valley. Their mission is not just to place great talent, but also to help growing companies with the whole hiring process. Their team works on technical and business roles and collects knowledge in practice.

For me, recruitment is about human connection. It’s an incredible feeling to be able to match talent with their dream jobs and help startups to scale and build teams, achieving new heights that they may not have thought possible!

I've been a follower of human-centered leadership for the last 10 years. I believe in a similar approach in recruitment. Working with candidates, we try to keep them at the center of everything we do. We care about the candidate’s interests as well as the company’s.
